Ed Timinski, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC

Hello, my name is Ed, and I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).  My passion for mental health began in 2005 during my time in nursing school.  While I’ve had the privilege of working in intensive care units as a registered nurse and managing both acute and chronic conditions in long-term care as a Nurse Practitioner, I’ve always felt most connected to the field of mental health.

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to care, combining both medication management and non-pharmacological strategies to support your overall mental well-being.  I believe in the power of collaboration—between provider and patient, and among professionals.  I’m proud to work alongside a team that shares my dedication to improving the mental health of our community.

Compassionate, evidence-based care is at the heart of what I do.  I make it a priority to truly listen, understand your individual experiences, and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan.  My goal is to empower you to take an active role in your care and support you as you work toward meaningful goals.

Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or continuing along your path, my goal is to empower you to take an active role. I will always take the extra time to explain each step of your treatment, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident and informed as we move forward together. I believe that true healing begins when people are fully engaged in their care—and I am honored to be part of that process. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that feels right for you and sets the foundation for lasting well-being

Chief Snuggle Officers (CSO)

Our office is proud to have two very special team members-our friendly Labrador Retrievers Ollie and Tucker!

They are here to offer comfort, emotional support, and the kind of unconditional love that only a dog can give.

Whether they’re lounging in the waiting room, greeting people with a wagging tail, or quietly sitting in on sessions, their calm and gentle presence helps create a warm, welcoming environment for all.

Labradors are known for their empathy and patience-traits that make them the perfect furry co-therapists. They’re always happy to lend a paw to help reduce anxiety, offer a soothing presence, or just brighten your day.

Come say hello-they’re always excited to meet new friends!

Ollie and Tucker are part of our care team and are here to offer comfort and companionship to those who find it helpful. However, we understand that not everyone is comfortable around dogs due to fear, allergies, cultural reasons, or personal preference—and that’s completely okay.

If you’d prefer not to interact with our CSO’s, please let your clinician know. We will make sure accommodations are made to ensure your comfort, including keeping Ollie and Tucker in another area during your visit.

Your emotional and physical safety are our top priorities. We’re here to support you in the way that feels best for you.
